Pottery Learning: One-time Experience Workshops

3 hours ·  Classes start with 2 participants.  

2 participants: $75 pp · 3 pax: $70 pp · 4 pax: $65 pp. 


First-time potters welcome.


The fee includes up to 450 g of clay or one bisque-fired piece, use of all studio tools and in-class glazes, and one firing.

Pottery Learning: Structured Programmes

2.5 hours @ 6 sessions / Classes start with 2 participants.  

2 participants: $275 pp · 3 pax: $260 pp · 4 pax: $240 pp. 


Sessions may unfold over six gentle weeks or be shaped into an immersive intensive within one week.


Materials and firing are not included.  We provide basic studio tools. Please ensure they are cleaned

Structured Programmes

Wheel for Beginners

The programme covers clay fundamentals, wheel operation, and the making of a mug, a salad bowl, and a plate, along with basic glazing techniques. 

Hand Building and Slip Casting for Beginners

The class covers clay fundamentals, coil-built pots, slab cups, nerikomi, slip-mould techniques, and the use of coloured slips. 

Intermediate Pottery

Decorating and Glazing Techniques

Decorating and Glazing Techniques

More throwing, altered forming, playing with textures, mould-making, and fun creating. Personalised learning plans based on individual learning goals.

Decorating and Glazing Techniques

The class covers masking and stencil use, blue-and-white decoration, sgraffito techniques, and essential glaze knowledge. Students need to prepare their own bisques.

Welcome

Children aged 10–14 may attend with a participating parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must remain onsite for the entire session and is responsible for the child's conduct and safety. 


10% discount is available for (grand)parent-and-child bookings and people aged 65 and over.
